Hangi t\u00fcr sporlar\u0131 yapabilirler?<\/p>\n<p>Spor kul\u00fcplerinde a\u011f\u0131r ve orta derecede spor yapabilmek i\u00e7in lisans \u00e7\u0131karmak gerekmektedir. Bunun i\u00e7in de sa\u011fl\u0131k raporu \u015fart\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u015eahsi olarak amat\u00f6r spor yapacak olanlar i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir zorunluluk yoktur. Ki\u015fi kendinden sorumludur.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7lerde yap\u0131lan a\u011f\u0131r sporlar h\u00fccre, doku ve organ y\u0131pranmas\u0131na sebep oluyor mu?<\/p>\n<p>Halter, boks, futbol, atletizm gibi a\u011f\u0131r spor yapan gen\u00e7lerden uzun s\u00fcre ya\u015fayanlar var m\u0131?<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en \u00f6nemli futbolcular\u0131ndan Pele 82 ya\u015f\u0131nda; babas\u0131 da futbolcuydu o da 79 ya\u015f\u0131nda; anneleri ise ev han\u0131m\u0131yd\u0131 101 ya\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6ld\u00fc, hayat\u0131nda hi\u00e7 spor yapmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Spor an\u0131nda ve spor sonras\u0131nda yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131nda bulunmazsa bunlar\u0131 b\u00f6brek hasar\u0131 takip eder.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fl\u0131 diyebilece\u011fimiz 60 ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcndeki ki\u015filerin yapacaklar\u0131 spor asla a\u011f\u0131r spor olmamal\u0131d\u0131r sadece yava\u015f yani rahvan y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fler, basit\u00e7e el kol hareketleri, bacak bel hareketleri \u015feklinde olan sporlar\u0131 yapabilirler. Kalbin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 h\u0131zlanmas\u0131 ve yorulmas\u0131na neden olacak a\u011f\u0131r ko\u015fu ve spor hareketlerinden ka\u00e7\u0131nmak laz\u0131md\u0131r. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 spor \u00f6nerenlere asla inanmay\u0131n.. Unutmay\u0131n ki her organ\u0131n istiab haddi vard\u0131r ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca bellidir. Kalbin normal h\u0131z\u0131 dakikada 60-80 dir.. A\u011f\u0131r sporlarda bunu dakikada 140-180 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z zaman \u00f6mr\u00fcnden \u00e7al\u0131yorsunuz demektir. A\u011f\u0131r spor yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z zaman veyahut da s\u0131k s\u0131k a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yemek yedi\u011finiz zaman karaci\u011ferin y\u00fcklendi\u011fi y\u00fck\u00fc hesap etmek laz\u0131m..
